Shipping policy

Your orders will be shipped to the address indicated at the time of placing your order, so it is important that you pay attention to fill in these details. Remember that once you have registered, in the "addresses" section of the "account details" section you can add as many delivery addresses as you wish (e.g. your office, your summer house, your parents' house...) and select the one you are interested in when placing your order.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you that the order has been accepted and is being shipped.

Deliveries will be made within the estimated period of destination for orders placed before 2:00 pm.

For orders placed after 14:00h on Thursday, the delivery time will be delayed to the following Monday.

Order delivery days will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Local and national holidays may affect the delivery of orders.

To resolve any questions about the transport and delivery process, once we have sent you the email that your order has been sent, you can contact us through info@frugitiva.com.

When your order is delivered you should check that everything is as requested. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, please contact us at info@frugitiva.com, providing us with your order number.

If for reasons of force majeure we are unable to deliver the order within the agreed period, the courier company will contact you to set a new date.

Spain:

Peninsula

  • Orders over 30€: free.
  • Orders under 30€: cost 5,90€.
  • Express orders 24h: 7€.


Balearic Islands

  • Orders over 50€: free.
  • Orders under 50€: cost 10€.


Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

  • All orders: 50€.
